Comprising over 30 years of construction experience, Nowacki Homes is a custom home building company that was formally established by Jerzy Nowacki in 2005. Today, we are a team of diversely skilled and experienced individuals who think of construction not as a single practice, but as several interlocking ones that span feasibility, design, engineering, construction, and landscaping. Throughout the process – from initial concept planning and throughout construction – we work closely with our clients with the overarching goal of providing more than a final home, but rather a space that elevates and enriches the lives of its residents.

Through a partnership we create with our clients, we strive for honesty, clarity, and a longstanding commitment to quality craftsmanship and an uncommon level of building refinement. By first understanding our client’s needs and aspirations, we work diligently to transform those goals into a home that will exceed expectations.

Our Design-Build model delivers a turn-key solution to clients who are looking to build a custom built home. Through a thoughtfully crafted and dynamic team of designers, engineers, surveyors, planners, and builders, we manage and simplify the whole process which in turn puts the keys to the home in our clients hands much more quickly. By offering a full scope of services from project feasibility, land acquisition, detailed design, hands-on construction, and project delivery, we ensure that every detail results in a custom home that exceeds the vision and specific needs of each home owner we work with.
