Situated on a property lined with mature oak trees, the project seeks to create an intimate presence out of the sprawling 8000sf estate. Above the grand, central living area on the lower level, a second story loft unites the upper bedrooms and looks over the main living quarters below via the vaulted ceilings. The exterior, clad in tumbled stone and weathered brick archways, presents a timeless palette for the Bordeaux-inspired home.
